General Reservation Information
Reservations are made through the Retreat Center on a first come-first served basis. To make a reservation, you MUST contact the Retreat Center via telephone at 256-582-4994. If no one is in the office when you call, please leave your name and phone number and your call will be returned as soon as possible. A Retreat Contract will be sent to the Retreat Coordinator of your church or organization, who must sign and return the contract along with the stated deposit by the date noted on the contract in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Failure to receive the contract and deposit by the date noted will result in the release of the facilities. The Retreat Contract provides important information including rates, activity and recreational schedules, and policies that will need to be followed and communicated with the group.
