Trained staff associates work with our professional staff to provide a safe, clean, and most importantly ... a spiritual environment.  All summer staff members are Red Cross certified in Lifesaving and CPR and are on duty at all waterfront and swimming pool activities.

The Marshall Baptist Retreat Center is currently without a camp dirctor.  It had been under the direction of Phil Robeson who reired December 31, 2020.  Bro. Phil is staying on part time until an interim director is hired..  Bro. Phil and his wife, Emly, are both members of Christian Camp& Conference Association , the Southern Baptist Camping Associations, and the Association of Alabama Camps. Bro. Phil came to the Retreat Center in April of 2001.  Along with his love of the Lord, Phil brought with him a 26-year background in state park management, a B.S. in Park and Recreation Management, and a M.S. in Criminal Justice.
